- Lead data: Contact information you manually enter or import (names, emails, phone numbers, company names, notes).

- Email data: With your explicit permission, we access your Gmail account to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf. We do not store the content of your emails on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action.
- Usage data: App activity, feature usage, crash reports, and analytics data (via Firebase Analytics) to improve the Service.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Next Step AI app and its features.
- Make AI phone calls and send emails on your behalf when you instruct the Service to do so.

3. Google User Data
Next Step AI uses Google OAuth to access your Google account. Specifically, we request access to your Gmail account to read emails, draft replies, and send emails on your behalf when instructed.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements, and we do not share your Google data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

- Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who help us deliver the Service (e.g., AI voice call infrastructure, Firebase, Anthropic Claude API). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Next Step AI, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Firebase, and limited access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
